Tibetan Bells

The bell is the most commonly used of all musical instruments in Buddhist ritual and practices. The sound made by the bells is considered auspicious and is believed to ward off evil spirits. 

The ringing of the bell is believed to represent the sound of Buddha’s teachings and symbolizes the attainment of wisdom and the understanding of emptiness.
